This paper aims to examine concepts of Web 2.0, knowledge management, information enterprise portals, Information and Documentation Centre, Virtual Library, social networking. The methodology used is the systemic literature review. Briefly it narrates emergency KM tools features its deployment. Relates how management can help institutions enterprises in terms organizing their importance decision taking. It describes advancement 2.0 ease brings society. As results presents that there are no more borders between people, everyone share, discuss, generate through innovative technologies offer.
